Position:  Covenant Kids Director

Family: Jenny is married to her best friend, Jordan Straughan, and they have a cat named Prince.

​

Testimony: 

 I grew up in a home where my mom mainly took care of us. Unfortunately, my dad got caught in the wrong crowd and was into drugs. He later committed suicide, which was really hard for me. However, The Lord always goes before us. God has been my protector and I’ve been a believer since I was 5 years old. I had incredible childhood friends who taught me about Jesus and followed through with their actions! Pastor Heath and Melissa have also been an incredible guide for me since my youth days.

Hope for Covenant Church:

That we would live in Unity. I want to see our volunteers work as a strong team, for us to partner with the parents, and for the kids to enjoy learning about Jesus! I want to see families grow so close and for all generations in the church to live in harmony!

I’m what they call home grown in Covenant, I’ve been here since 2009! 

I love to fly with my husband while he's the pilot!
